Job summary

Yello in Dubai is seeking an IT Applications Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance a portfolio of 30+ business applications and technology solutions. You will deliver system upgrades, participate in development, and coordinate with vendors to drive governance and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE and a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting enterprise applications within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting enterprise or business applications.
• Strong understanding of software development, databases, Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience working with ERP, HRMS, enterprise systems, or similar business platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance a portfolio of 30+ business applications and technology solutions.
• Deliver system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and application lifecycle activities.
• Participate in application development, coding, debugging, and performance optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
• Support technology projects, implementations, and business improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, governance controls, audit readiness, and compliance standards.
• Deliver user support, knowledge transfer, and training across business applications.
