Job Description

• Pump Selection and Sizing:
  Analyze client needs and select appropriate pump types and sizes.
  Perform hydraulic calculations and system analysis to determine pump specifications.
  Ensure pump performance meets the required flow, pressure, and energy efficiency standards.
• System Design and Integration:
  Design pump systems, including piping, fittings, valves, and other equipment.
  Coordinate with other engineering teams to integrate pumps into larger systems, considering system dynamics, pressure, and temperature.
• Technical Support and Consultation:
  Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  Assist customers with troubleshooting, application concerns, and operational issues.
• Customization and Optimization:
  Modify existing pump systems or designs to improve efficiency, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
  Suggest upgrades or replacements for outdated equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Create technical documents, including system layouts, specifications, operation manuals, and performance reports.
  Prepare product recommendations, quotations, and proposals for customers.
• Project Management and Coordination:
  Oversee the implementation of pump projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  Work with vendors, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure the proper installation and commissioning of pumps.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  Conduct or oversee tests on pumps to verify performance under different operating conditions.
  Ensure that all products comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Training and Development:
  Provide training to customers or in-house teams on pump operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  Stay updated with industry trends, new pump technologies, and best practices.
• Sales Support:
  Assist the sales team by providing technical information, specifications, and recommendations during the sales process.
  Present technical solutions to potential clients in pre-sales meetings.
• Maintenance and After-Sales Support:
  Provide support for pump maintenance and troubleshooting after installation.
  Recommend routine maintenance schedules and provide solutions for common issues to enhance system reliability.
