Job summary

HOMEWIDE LLC is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain home appliances on-site. The role emphasizes timely, cost-effective solutions and high customer satisfaction.

The technician will handle on-site repairs, perform testing, prepare detailed service reports, and advise customers on maintenance and best usage practices. UAE driver’s license required; multiple shifts may apply.

Qualifications

High school with technical diploma.
Certificate in Electronic Repair.
5 years’ experience in house appliances repair and installation.

Responsibilities

Manage on-site repair, maintenance, testing and documentation of processes.
Diagnose errors and issues and provide timely service reports.
Call customers to schedule visits and coordinate service calls.
Provide basic maintenance tips to extend appliance life.
Prepare reports and obtain customer signatures; submit to Technical Supervisor.
Assist with delivery, installation, project and workshop repairs as needed.
Maintain tools and company vehicles issued to you.
Coordinate with supervisor to avoid delays in service calls.
Attend to tasks assigned by supervisor; participate in product training on safety laws.
Collect service charges and hand over cash to supervisor.
