Job summary

Job description

- Develop account plans that align Apple and partner growth strategies to expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem in the Business segment in the Ukraine & CIS region.

- Effectively execute plans by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, Inside Sales, Systems Engineers, Reseller teams, and Strategic Partners.

- Work closely with our partners' sales teams to foster strong relationships. Use sales programs, enablement tools, and training to develop partner capabilities. Regularly assess and communicate partnership effectiveness.

- Identify new business opportunities and support their closure. Address client issues and concerns promptly. Share status updates and facilitate sales activities across reseller and Apple sales teams.

- Operationalize the business plan with regional sales programs and technical teams, working closely with the Value Added Distributor. Mobilize resources for growth, ensure commitments are met, and address problems.

- Help build, guide, and lead the VAD Enterprise sales team. Support team assembly, motivation, enablement, and collaboration for success.

  • You have consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions and channel growth strategies, balancing short-term goals with sustainable value creation.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian is required; additional UCIS region languages are a plus.
