A leading technology company seeks a Manager to develop account plans and expand the adoption of their ecosystem in the Business segment. The role involves collaborating with various teams, fostering partner relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Ideal candidates will have consultative selling experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Ukrainian and Russian. This position is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Develop account plans that align Apple and partner growth strategies to expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem in the Business segment in the Ukraine & CIS region.
- Effectively execute plans by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, Inside Sales, Systems Engineers, Reseller teams, and Strategic Partners.
- Work closely with our partners' sales teams to foster strong relationships. Use sales programs, enablement tools, and training to develop partner capabilities. Regularly assess and communicate partnership effectiveness.
- Identify new business opportunities and support their closure. Address client issues and concerns promptly. Share status updates and facilitate sales activities across reseller and Apple sales teams.
- Operationalize the business plan with regional sales programs and technical teams, working closely with the Value Added Distributor. Mobilize resources for growth, ensure commitments are met, and address problems.
- Help build, guide, and lead the VAD Enterprise sales team. Support team assembly, motivation, enablement, and collaboration for success.
