Job summary

RNA Resources Group Limited in Dubai seeks an experienced apparel graphic designer to develop innovative concepts for our Smart Iconic lines and translate trends into commercially viable graphics.

You will create production-ready artwork for screen print, embroidery and digital prints, collaborate with designers, buyers and product development, and review samples for color accuracy and placement to ensure brand standards and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Fashion Design or related field.
• 4–7 years of graphic design experience in fashion or apparel retail.
• Experience creating apparel graphics for fast-fashion or high-volume brands.
• Strong knowledge of print techniques and garment graphic placements.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative graphic concepts for Smart Iconic product lines and align with brand guidelines.
• Research global fashion and graphic design trends; create mood boards for seasonal collections.
• Create production-ready artwork files for production (screen print, embroidery, digital print).
• Collaborate with Designers, Buyers and Product Development; coordinate with sourcing teams.
• Review graphic samples for quality, color accuracy and placement; ensure production readiness.
