Job summary

Teneo is seeking a People Advisor to join our Global People Team in the Middle East and Asia Pacific region. The role partners with Business and Regional People Partners to drive talent strategy and ensure compliance with local employment laws.

You will support cyclical HR processes, coach managers, and provide analytics to improve engagement, performance and attrition across multiple geographies, including the UAE.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of generalist HR experience in professional or financial services.
• Experience in matrix organisations with multiple lines of responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation across Middle East and/or APAC.
• Ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, psychology or related field.
• Local CIPD qualification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers on HR policies and processes, integrating legislative knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with People Partners on cyclical processes such as annual performance management and compensation planning.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and coach Talent Managers.
• Manage ER cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies.
• Drive the annual People Engagement Survey process and develop insights for partners.
• Support planning and rollout of region-wide engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
