Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager for the APAC region. You will oversee credit management and AR across Asia-Pacific and India, driving cash flow, reducing risk, and aligning with regional finance and commercial teams.

You will manage multi-country processes, implement credit policies, and monitor performance against key KPIs, supporting sustainable growth in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• 8–10 years in credit management, AR, or related finance functions.
• Experience leading teams across multiple countries and cultures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Credit and Accounts Receivable activities for the APAC region across diverse markets.
• Develop and implement credit policies to mitigate financial risk.
• Monitor customer credit exposure and set appropriate credit limits.
• Drive collections performance and reduce overdue receivables.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve disputes and improve cash collection.
• Lead reviews of credit risk and working capital KPIs.
• Support month-end close, reporting, and forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement for cash flow and efficiency.
• Coordinate with global and regional finance teams to ensure policy compliance.
