Job summary

Fuller Technologies, based in the United Arab Emirates, seeks a senior Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager for the APAC region to lead credit management and AR activities across Asia-Pacific and India, optimizing cash flow and reducing credit risk. The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to improving working capital performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Credit Management, AR, Working Capital or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and receivables management.
• Experience managing teams across multiple countries and cultures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Credit and Accounts Receivable activities across the APAC region.
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate financial risk.
• Monitor customer credit exposure and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Drive collections performance and reduce overdue receivables.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve disputes and improve cash collection.
• Conduct customer credit assessments and ongoing risk reviews.
• Monitor KPIs related to working capital and accounts receivable.
• Support month-end closing activities, reporting, and forecasting processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
