Job summary

Qualifications

• Mastery of the specificities of all modes of transportation.
• Know-how of Quality, Hygiene and Safety rules as per company policy.
• Ability to convey a positive brand image to clients.
• Strong adherence to procedures and service organization (schedules, breaks, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests and communicate actions to carriers and networks.
• Advise customers on weather, geo-political, and trade-compliance issues.
• Negotiate with suppliers and validate service quotes when needed.
• Update instructions for hand-over and keep customers informed in real time.
• Coordinate with AOG Desk Manager and Back Officers for shipment processing.
• Ensure complete national and international shipment handling and real-time AOG tracking.
