GMG seeks a senior analytics leader to own the analytics roadmap, aligning initiatives to P&L goals. You will guide cross-functional teams across analytics, data science, BI and engineering to deliver production-grade insights and ML solutions.

Lead governance, cloud costs, and responsible AI practices while driving adoption, training, and measurable benefits in revenue, savings, and efficiency. A multi-country retail background is preferred.

Formación

• Proven track record leading analytics/data science portfolios with P&L impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate insights into decisions.
• Experience driving agile delivery, change management, and value realization.

Responsabilidades

• Own analytics portfolio and roadmap aligned to business goals and ROI.
• Lead agile delivery across analysts, data scientists, BI and engineering.
• Drive adoption, training, and embedded analytics into decisions.
• Establish data quality, MLOps, cost-efficient cloud usage and governance.
• Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing analytics team and external partners.
