Job summary

Emirates Group's Analytics Centre of Excellence in Dubai is seeking an Analytics & Insights Specialist to support a broad range of departments with analysis and insights. You will work with business leaders to translate data into actionable strategies using self-service tools and robust reporting.

You will build and maintain KPIs, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote data-driven decision making through clear narratives and visualisations using Power BI and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree (12+3 or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in information technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex insights use cases with compelling visualisations and narratives.
• Define metrics and KPIs and design action-oriented reports.
• Assist stakeholders to understand data and opportunities.
• Retrieve and query data from source systems when needed.
• Train power users and productionise insights in ED&A large solutions.
