A leading company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the recruitment lifecycle, from CV screening to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in management or similar field, along with four years of relevant experience, particularly in the Securities Stock Exchange sector. Candidates will be expected to ensure compliance with internal policies and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Job Description

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle including annual manpower planning, CV screening, interview scheduling, and logistics coordination (invites, location, schedules, attendance).
  • Implement appointment policy and procedures in line with Delegation of Authority (DOA).
  • Prepare and issue job offers and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate with candidates throughout the process to ensure timely sourcing and acquisition of talent.
  • Conduct initial CV screening based on role profiles and manage interview assessment processes aligned with job competencies.
  • Support in behavioral and technical assessments in collaboration with service providers.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational values, ethics, and compliance with departmental policies, SOPs, and applicable legislation.

Recruitment Strategy & Channel Management:

  • Assist in identifying recruitment needs, timelines, and expectations across departments.
  • Evaluate and recommend optimal recruitment channels (e.g., job portals, headhunters, agencies) to ensure efficient, cost-effective talent sourcing.

Candidate Clearance & Onboarding:

  • Conduct and coordinate pre-employment clearances: references, police checks, health exams, and security clearances.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Update employee records in the HC system and liaise with the rewards/payroll team to process necessary documentation.

Reporting & Process Compliance:

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and talent acquisition reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and support regular audits and process reviews.

Continuous Improvement & Risk Management:

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and alignment with global standards.
  • Carry out activities with attention to environmental, health, and safety responsibilities in accordance with internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or any other related field.
Overall Experience:4 years’ experience in the Securities Stock Exchange, or within similar operations.
