Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island is on schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027. It is an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa. It is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the IT Operations Engineering & Support team.

Responsibilities
  • Advanced Testing Leadership: Lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies including system, integration, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing. Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements
  • Defect Management: Oversee defect lifecycle management using enterprise-grade bug tracking systems. Provide root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams for resolution
  • Test Strategy & Planning: Design and implement robust test plans and automation frameworks. Ensure alignment with project goals and compliance standards
  • Data-Driven Quality Insights: Analyze test data, generate actionable insights, and present quality metrics to stakeholders for informed decision-making
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, architects, product managers, and business units to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Process Optimization: Champion process improvements, including test automation, CI/CD integration, and adoption of QA best practices
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, internal policies, and security standards across all QA activities
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Guide junior QA team members, share expertise, and foster a culture of continuous learning and quality ownership
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Proven 2-3 years’ experience in QA roles within IT operations or enterprise environments
  • Professional certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent
  • Strong command of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Selenium)
  • Deep understanding of network infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and hospitality/gaming systems
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and lead QA efforts across multiple projects
