Analyst - FP&A
Job description
- Assess and identify the developmental needs of children.
- Design and implement personalized educational and developmental programs.
- Work closely with children to help them develop emotionally, cognitively, and socially.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to each child's growth.
- Provide guidance and support to families regarding their child's development and potential challenges.
- Monitor and track children's progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
- Conduct assessments to identify any behavioral, emotional, or developmental concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest research and practices in child psychology and education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting.
- Strong understanding of child development stages and behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with children, parents, and educators.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to fostering the growth of children.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of developmental disorders, learning challenges, and behavioral interventions is a plus.
