Job description

  • Assess and identify the developmental needs of children.
  • Design and implement personalized educational and developmental programs.
  • Work closely with children to help them develop emotionally, cognitively, and socially.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to each child's growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to families regarding their child's development and potential challenges.
  • Monitor and track children's progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Conduct assessments to identify any behavioral, emotional, or developmental concerns.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and practices in child psychology and education.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development stages and behavior.
