About the Job :

Conducts studies and assists in the design, implementation, and monitoring of new financial systems, as well as the customization of existing financial systems, in coordination with users and developers to maximize systems operational efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Review and study existing or proposed financial systems to define requirements and provide recommendations for review and approval.
2. Develop and customize systems in coordination with users, developers, and software consultants to ensure full functionality and a well-structured system.
3. Organize user testing of new financial systems to ensure functionality, user-friendliness, security, and performance, ensuring quality and completeness.
4. Consult with system users for feedback, analyze results, document improvements, and act as a liaison between users and developers to resolve conflicting requirements.
5. Provide training, orientation, and ongoing support to system users to ensure proper utilization and resource maximization.
6. Develop and maintain system documentation, including specifications and user manuals, for current and future reference.
7. Monitor implemented systems regularly and make adjustments to improve and adapt to new or revised setups.
8. Develop and customize applications and reports as per business needs; install and configure information systems for users.
9. Create physical and logical data models based on business and program requirements, ensuring alignment with business strategies within ERP applications.
10. Assist in benchmarking exercises and align information systems with best practices and standards. Participate in developing requirements for new software applications.
11. Serve as the focal point for support and security, including managing user accounts and passwords, and troubleshooting reported issues to ensure system efficiency.
12. Maintain and analyze system requirement documentation; develop and distribute user guides, reports, flowcharts, and processes.
13. Conduct analyses related to business applications in collaboration with IT and vendor support; assist users with training and technical support.
14. Support users in data retrieval and develop organizational tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

Minimum Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in accounting with formal training in Financial Systems (ERP) implementation.
2. Minimum of 6 years experience in Finance/Accounting, including experience in implementing financial systems in large organizations.
