Job description

Job Title: Analyst Capital Projects Procurement

The Analyst Capital Projects Procurement is responsible for providing essential support to the procurement team across various stages of the procurement process. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of procurement activities related to capital projects by assisting in sourcing goods and services managing vendor interactions and maintaining alignment with procurement policies and regulatory frameworks.

Key duties include supporting the identification and evaluation of suppliers contributing to the preparation of procurement documents and participating in the coordination of tendering and contract award processes. The Analyst ensures that all procurement actions are conducted transparently and in accordance with established procedures.

A significant component of the role involves managing and maintaining vendor relationships facilitating clear communication and supporting the resolution of any issues that may arise during the procurement cycle.
