Job description

This role will support brokerage activities by assisting and completing special projects as assigned in order to support quality decision making by clients and the brokerage team. The ideal candidate will execute the below job functions with a high level of quality and accuracy.

  1. Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits utilizing effective work planning capabilities.
  2. Create sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools, including macro-enabled financial models, and perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
  3. Assist with the preparation of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits.
  4. Assist with the preparation of client deliverables and presentations that influence and provide impact for the client.
  5. Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for input into client deliverables and valuation models.
  6. Read and review real estate documents (e.g., leases, operating expense statements, environmental and engineering reports, appraisals) and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospects.
  7. Conduct desktop research for available units across Abu Dhabi, including online portals, brokers, developers, and government entities.
  8. Perform field research for specific project requirements across Abu Dhabi, such as payment surveys, building occupancy surveys, and visits to broker, developer, and government offices.
  9. Present options and assist with site selection and negotiation.
  10. Organize historical client contact and activity records.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for tracking, management, and reporting of project activities.
  12. Review and analyze clients' quantitative portfolio data, legal documents, and other materials as part of due diligence.
  13. Act as a technology champion for JLL market-level software programs used in brokerage.
  14. Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
