  • Holds a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above in the following disciplines:

Key Accountabilities: Clients

  • Complete tasks and deliverables to a high standard as part of client engagements, working to an agreed plan, budget, and quality.
  • Identify and appropriately document risks and issues, concluding and consulting with appropriate team members as necessary.
  • Escalate risks and issues beyond own experience or skill set.
  • Keep senior team members informed of significant developments and progress.
  • Identify problems and suggest initial approaches to problem-solving.
  • Start to develop an external network and build knowledge of industry, market trends, competitor activity, and products/services.
  • Contribute to and collate case studies, proposals, and best practices to share knowledge across the firm, ensuring proper recording for access and use by others.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail on deliverables, effectively error-checking own work.

Key Accountabilities: Quality

  • Undertake professional qualification and technical training within the required timescale, where applicable.
  • Build on professional qualification by undertaking relevant functional or sector-specific training.
  • Participate in reviews upon project completion to identify lessons learned and improve future quality and planning.
  • Execute work that meets the firm’s quality standards within a commercial context.
  • Communicate risks and issues early to leaders as appropriate.

Key Accountabilities: People

  • Meet KPMG deadlines during Performance Development cycles, including seeking feedback, setting goals, providing input into reviews, and maintaining regular conversations with the Performance Manager.
  • Accurately charge time to engagement codes to reflect the true value of work delivered.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the development of knowledge resources.
  • Participate in Global People Survey (GPS) initiatives and other activities that promote cultural improvement.
  • Assist new starters, including buddy responsibilities and onboarding.
  • Work collaboratively, assisting with tasks as needed and working alongside colleagues with diverse skills and approaches.
  • Demonstrate a continuous learning mentality and intellectual curiosity.
  • Show flexibility and agility to adapt to changes in environment and work.
