Job summary

Salados Jewellery is seeking a Compliance professional with hands-on experience in the precious metals and stones sector in Dubai. The role centers on implementing UAE AML/CFT requirements, KYC, CDD/EDD, UBO verification and sanctions screening to protect the business and customers.

Responsibilities include transaction monitoring, goAML and EWRA usage, STR/SAR reporting, adverse media screening, supplier and counterparty due diligence, and regulatory inspection preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance/AML in the precious metals and stones sector.
• Knowledge of UAE AML/CFT requirements for Dealers in Precious Metals and Stones.
• KYC / CDD / EDD processes and UBO verification.
• Experience with sanctions and PEP screening.
• Adverse media screening and STR/SAR reporting basics.
• Transaction monitoring and goAML usage.
• EWRA / customer risk assessment.
• Supplier and counterparty due diligence.
• Responsible sourcing / supply-chain due diligence.
• Development and enforcement of AML/CFT policies and procedures.
• Regulatory inspection preparation and audit readiness.
