Job summary

Innovation Star in Dubai is seeking an AML Compliance Specialist to manage client accounts and ensure adherence to AML/CFT standards. You will conduct due diligence, perform CDD/EDD, monitor transactions, and prepare risk assessments for regulatory inspections.

You will collaborate with risk, legal and operations teams, stay current with UAE Central Bank and FATF developments, and contribute to improving internal AML policies and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years AML/compliance or financial account management experience.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations (UAE and international).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
• English proficiency is mandatory (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts focusing on AML CFT compliance.
• Conduct client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
• Monitor daily transactions and report suspicious activity.
• Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, and audit documentation.
• Serve as client contact for AML CFT guidance.
• Collaborate with risk/legal/operations to strengthen AML frameworks.
• Stay updated with UAE Central Bank, FATF, and international AML developments.
• Assist in improving internal AML policies, procedures, and training.
