This position sits within the EMEA Stores Talent Acquisition Marketing (STAM) Team, specifically supporting the strategic transformation of Amazon's employer brand in the AMET region. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive employer brand strategies that drive the right volume of applications from qualified talent across our operations and consumer businesses, while building Amazon's reputation as an employer of choice in the region. This role is an individual contributor one and reports into the Audience Insights & Communication Planning Lead, within the STAM team.
