• Préparer des rapports mensuels et charger toutes les prévisions de données financières.
• Participer à des projets ad hoc liés à la comptabilité et au marketing.

Job description

Part of Africa Middle East India & The Commonwealth of Independent States Financial team, you will be responsible for controlling, analyzing, and reporting for AMEI CIS markets.

Your role is to support business development in collaboration with your direct report, ensure consistency of sales forecasts, and provide analysis of financial data.

Responsibilities

Your main focus will be on business and financial planning and controlling.

Sales:

• Coordinate with sales & customer service to monitor and analyze gross sales, identify risks & opportunities.
• Consolidate analysis and load depletion data.
• Perform stock analysis.

A&P:

• Follow up on advertising and promotional investments.
• Consolidate A&P forecasts monthly and analyze variances vs. actuals.

Reporting/Budgeting:

• Prepare monthly reports and load all financial data forecasts into ESSBASE.
• Consolidate sales and A&P reports during the budget process, providing initial analysis.

Other Projects:

• Participate in ad hoc projects related to accounting, marketing, and commercial activities.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 2 years of experience in commercial finance, ideally within the premium wine & spirits or luxury industries, managing distribution networks.
• Proficiency in SAP Essbase and MS Office (Excel).
• Strong analytical, synthetic, and take-charge personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a multicultural mindset.
• Fluency in English.
