Ambulance Driver in Abu Dhabi is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of patients to and from medical facilities. The key responsibilities and qualifications for this role typically include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Transportation: Operate the ambulance swiftly and safely to transport patients to hospitals or designated health facilities
• Patient Assistance: Assist patients onto stretchers and load them into the ambulance, ensuring their comfort and safety during transit
• Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect the ambulance before each shift, checking fuel, oil, transmission fluid, and other essentials, reporting any needed repairs
• First Aid Administration: Provide basic first aid or administer oxygen if the patient requires it during transport
• Qualifications:
• Valid UAE Driving License: Possession of a valid UAE manual driving license for light motor vehicles
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in driving, preferably with ambulance or emergency vehicle experience
• Education: At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• First Aid Certification: Basic first aid certification is preferred
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical personnel
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle demanding activities, including lifting patients and equipment
