AIOS is seeking an experienced ambassador program marketer to lead end-to-end influencer initiatives in Dubai. You will recruit and coach creators, coordinate flagship campaigns, and collaborate with creative and performance teams to maximize organic reach.

In this role you will analyze campaign performance, ensure content compliance, and help scale brand awareness for our health-tech platform serving thousands of users monthly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of social media experience with deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends.
• 1+ year of experience managing creators, ambassadors, or influencers.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and analyze performance data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end ambassador program including recruitment, coaching, and performance optimization
• Execute flagship campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer sign-ups
• Partner with creative and performance teams to ensure content compliance and maximize organic reach
