We are hiring an experienced Aluminium Systems Foreman to lead and supervise a team of aluminium fabricators and installers on various projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in aluminium system works and a proven track record in supervising installation teams in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of aluminium fabricators and installers on-site.
• Interpret technical drawings and plans for aluminium system installations.
• Ensure fabrication and installation activities comply with project specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate with the procurement team for timely supply.
• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform quality checks and ensure tasks are completed within project timelines.
• Resolve site issues or technical challenges promptly and effectively.
• Knowledge of Gutmann Aluminium systems is an advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a supervisory/foreman role in aluminium system installation.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with various aluminium systems; Gutmann system experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams under pressure and tight deadlines.
