Job summary

Crystal frames glass and aluminium LLC in Dubai is seeking a Quotations & Costing Specialist to prepare accurate quotations for aluminium and glass works, review drawings and BOQs, and coordinate with sales and project teams.

You will calculate quantities, material costs, labour, and other expenses, obtain supplier prices, and ensure timely, competitive bids. UAE experience preferred; immediate joining advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aluminium & glass, façade, glazing, or construction industry.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for aluminium glass works.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
• Calculate quantities, material costs, labour, installation and other project expenses.
• Coordinate with the sales and project teams to prepare competitive quotations.
• Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor prices.
• Prepare quotation revisions and follow up on submitted quotations.
• Maintain proper records of quotations and project costing.
• Ensure quotations are accurate, timely, and commercially competitive.
