Independent Food Company is opening a new Al Ain outlet and is building a strong Back of House team. The role focuses on preparing and cooking food to company recipes while maintaining high standards of hygiene and portion control.

You will support daily kitchen operations, ensure safety guidelines are followed, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar BOH role (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards
• Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Assist with stock control, storage, and minimizing wastage
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines
