Job summary

The General Civil Aviation Authority is seeking a specialist in certification, approval, audit and continued oversight to manage certification/approval activities and issue or recommend certificates in line with the Technical Authority Manual.

You will help develop the annual oversight program, ensure data integrity in Q-Pulse, carry out investigations such as ROSI, and coordinate across disciplines with stakeholders including OEMs and foreign regulators to enhance UAE safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Certification/approval and audit management per guidelines.
• Issue relevant certificates/approvals or recommend certification.
• Contribute to the annual oversight program for compliance.
• Maintain timely data in the Q-Pulse auditing system.
• Carry out investigations (e.g., ROSI) to identify causes.
• Coordinate with other disciplines as needed.
• Engage in industry networking, forums and meetings.
• Support safety-concern resolution and appropriate preventative measures.
• Exchange information with OEMs, foreign regulators and international bodies.
