Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Project Planner to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and resources are used efficiently.

The role requires proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to manage risks and communicate progress to stakeholders. Experience with Earned Value Management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling for construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and baseline control.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle and construction methods.
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule development using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
• Progress monitoring, track variances, update schedules accordingly.
• Analyze critical path and delays, propose mitigation strategies.
• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather input.
• Assist in manpower and equipment planning to optimize resource utilization.
