Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; aviation or customer service training preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous approach to passenger service.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork, punctuality and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or airport operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with general inquiries and directions within the airport.
• Support check-in, boarding, queue management, or other assigned operational activities.
• Verify relevant travel documents according to assigned duties and established procedures.
• Coordinate with airport teams to support smooth passenger movement and daily operations.
• Provide assistance to passengers who require additional guidance or support.
• Follow airport security, safety, and customer service procedures and report operational concerns.
