Job summary

Capi-Lux (Capi) is seeking a Shop Assistant for our Abu Dhabi International Airport shop. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, assisting travelers, and supporting day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, communicative, and adaptable, with experience in retail or service roles. Visa sponsorship and health insurance are provided, with annual air-ticket benefits and UAE labour law leave.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling proficiency.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Knowledge of retail operations and POS familiarity.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Eligible to work at Abu Dhabi International Airport and obtain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers professionally.
• Assist with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Maintain clean, organized store displays and merchandising.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS system.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise on the floor.
• Receive and check deliveries; update inventory records.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales targets.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and offers.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and periodic stock counts.
