Job summary

IIQAF Group of Companies seeks an Air Ticketing Executive in Dubai to manage airline reservations, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements. You will handle domestic and international bookings, provide airfare quotations, and process changes and cancellations while ensuring accurate travel documentation.

The ideal candidate should know airline ticketing procedures, GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), and fare calculations, with a track record in travel reservations or aviation customer

Qualifications

• Experience in airline ticketing or travel reservations is preferred.
• Knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to handle multiple bookings and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international flight reservations and ticket issuance.
• Process bookings, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
• Provide accurate fare quotes based on customer needs and dates.
• Operate GDS systems to issue and modify tickets.
• Verify passenger details and travel documents for compliance.
