tim aerospace seeks a Maintenance Planner to ensure planning and documentation align with Civil Aviation regulations. The role analyzes maintenance packages for manpower, materials, tools, and hangar capacity to support quotation preparation.

Responsibilities include creating scheduled and unscheduled base maintenance work packages, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing engineering support for planning activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Aeronautical, Astronautical, Aerospace or Mechanical).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all planning and documentation activities are conducted in compliance with Civil Aviation regulations.
• Analyze maintenance packages in terms of manpower, material/tool requirements, and hangar capacity/duration, and conduct the necessary technical and operational evaluations to support quotation preparation.
• Check work packages and determine all needs such as Material, tool, facility, ground time and etc.
• Create any scheduled and unscheduled base maintenance work packages and coordinate with all responsible stake holders in line with the procedures laid down in company manuals.
• Provide engineering support in terms of maintenance planning activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by direct manager.
• Maintenance quotation preparation.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering as Aeronautical, Astronautical, Aerospace and Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Maintenance Planning.
• Experience within an aviation MRO or aviation organisation.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning.
• Strong understanding / knowledge of Aircraft induction process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• English minimum level: C1/C2.
