Job summary

TIM Aerospace in Dubai is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure planning and documentation activities comply with Civil Aviation regulations. You will analyze maintenance packages for manpower, materials, and hangar capacity, and support quotation preparation.

You will also create maintenance work packages, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide engineering support for planning activities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering in Aeronautical/Astronautical/Aerospace or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Maintenance Planning.
• Experience within an aviation MRO or aviation organisation.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning.
• Strong understanding of Aircraft induction process.
• English minimum level: C1/C2.

• Ensure all planning and documentation activities are conducted in compliance with Civil Aviation regulations.
• Analyze maintenance packages in terms of manpower, material/tool requirements, and hangar capacity/duration, and conduct the necessary technical and operational evaluations to support quotation preparation.
• Check work packages and determine all needs such as Material, tool, facility, ground time and etc.
• Create any scheduled and unscheduled base maintenance work packages and coordinate with all responsible stake holders in line with the procedures laid down in company manuals.
• Provide engineering support in terms of maintenance planning activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by direct manager.
• Maintenance quotation preparation.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering as Aeronautical, Astronautical, Aerospace and Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Maintenance Planning.
• Experience within an aviation MRO or aviation organisation.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning.
• Strong understanding / knowledge of Aircraft induction process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
