My client, a prominent aircraft lessor, is seeking an SVP Technical Asset Management to strengthen their global technical leadership team in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical oversight and lifecycle management of the aircraft portfolio
• Manage data integrity, surveillance, and lease compliance processes
• Oversee component procurement and maintenance budgeting
• Deliver engineering solutions for asset transitions and divestments
• Interface with OEMs and vendors on key technical programs
• Manage a global technical services team

Requirements:

• Degree or license in Aircraft Engineering
• At least 8+ years in aviation, leasing, or asset management
• Solid grasp of FAA/EASA regulations and lease structures
• People management experience
