Job description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Airbnb/Vacation Rentals Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of 20+ properties across Dubai and London. This role requires someone with prior Airbnb platform experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations both online and on-site (in Dubai).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise Airbnb calendars, including adjusting pricing, availability, and handling reservation changes.
• Coordinate and communicate daily cleaner schedules, including direct messaging with cleaners and logging check-in/check-out details.
• Respond to guest messages daily using preset message templates for check-in/out, FAQs, and other common queries. You must be available and responsive between 9am–9pm daily.
• Oversee on-site guest check-ins for Dubai-based properties, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Ensure compliance with Emaar and Sakani regulations for all Dubai properties
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring that both guests, maintenance, and building staff have positive experiences.
• Monitor and report on property performance, including occupancy rates, guest reviews, and financials, and make recommendations for

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus (Arabic, Urdu, Hindi etc)
  Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple properties and time zones
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate protocols, especially in short-term leasing
• Friendly, professional, and confident in managing guest expectations
• Extensive knowledge of UAE short-term rental laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure full compliance with local requirements and Airbnb policies.

This role is ideal for someone based in Dubai, with flexibility and a background in hospitality, travel, or property management.
