Your Opportunity

Serco is currently recruiting experienced and highly motivated Approach Air Traffic Control Officers (ATCOs) to be part of a great team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If successful, you will be responsible for directing the movement of aircraft within assigned airspace to provide a safe, orderly, and expeditious air traffic service. We are looking for a candidate who communicates effectively by conveying clear and concise information and ideas that engage others, assumes responsibility by managing their time, resources, and relationships effectively, and demonstrates collaboration through proactive teamwork and cooperation, embodying the belief that the whole team is greater than the sum of individual efforts.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure safe and efficient movement of aircraft within assigned airspace.
• Provide clear instructions and communicate effectively with aircraft and ground personnel.
• Maintain situational awareness and adhere to safety protocols.

Specific Requirements

• Previous experience as an Air Traffic Control Officer (ATCO) in approach control.
• Relevant certification and licensing as per aviation authority standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
