Oversee and plan safe, efficient air and road transport for time sensitive productsEnsure compliance with all customs regulations.Coordinate effectively with airlines, ground agents, and authorities.Manage client relationships and ensure service excellence.Proactively resolve operational issues and prevent delaysNegotiate competitive rates with suppliers and airlines.Manage financial aspects including costing, invoicing, and payments.Supervise and mentor operations teams.
