Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced HVAC / Air Conditioner Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain diverse cooling systems. You will manage spare parts sourcing, procurement, and local vendor coordination while ensuring safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience with various AC types including VRF/VRV, AHUs/FCUs, and chillers, plus knowledge of electrical controls and refrigerants.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and spare parts purchasing.
• Skills: Expert knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, brazing/soldering, and control circuits.
• Procurement: Strong knowledge of local HVAC spare parts suppliers, market pricing, and component specifications.
• Languages: Working proficiency in English (Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus).
• Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC / Air Conditioner Technician to handle the installation, diagnostics, repair, and ongoing maintenance of diverse cooling systems. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise across all major AC systems and demonstrate proven hands-on knowledge in spare parts procurement, sourcing, and local vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Operations: Troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain all types of AC systems, including:
  • Split Units (Wall-mounted & Ductable)
  • Window ACs
  • Package Units
  • Central AC Systems & Air Handling Units (AHUs / FCUs)
  • Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) / Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) Systems
  • Chilled Water Systems & Chillers
• Parts Procurement & Sourcing: Identify damaged or worn parts (compressors, expansion valves, PC boards, fan motors, actuators, sensors, etc.). Source accurate OEM/aftermarket replacement parts from local suppliers and spare parts markets. Negotiate pricing, verify part compatibility, manage purchase requisitions, and maintain inventory control.
• Diagnostics & System Servicing: Perform refrigerant charging (R22, R410A, R32, etc.), leak detection, electrical wiring fixes, ductwork adjustments, and preventive maintenance routines.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to regional HVAC standards, safety compliance, and proper recovery/disposal of refrigerants.
