Job summary

Puffy, a nine-figure D2C brand, seeks an AI Video Creator to own the end-to-end production pipeline from script to shipped asset for performance ads and Puffy.com videos. You will orchestrate AI-driven generation, live-action mix, and post-production, ensuring consistency and speed in a scaled media engine.

You will report to the Director of Marketing in Dubai, work on on-site ads, and shape the future of AI-driven creative at a global brand that values autonomy, performance, and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Direct response portfolio with measurable results.
• Ability to maintain character consistency across generated content.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools across advertising and product pages.
• Strong fundamentals in AI image generation and visual storytelling.
• Post-production skills including compositing and color grading.
• Audio design and sound integration for performance creatives.
• Ability to judge hooks, pacing, and proof across iterations.
• Ability to produce assets at volume without compromising quality.
• Experience in DTC/e-commerce marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own AI video production from concept to shipped asset for ads and product pages.
• Create, evaluate and iterate multiple concepts per week across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Ensure character consistency and realism across generated footage and stock/shot content.
