myAlfred is seeking an AI Transformation Specialist in Dubai to design and deploy AI agents, automations and workflows that integrate with real business systems. You will work across operations, finance, sales, compliance and reporting, turning manual processes into AI-powered solutions used daily.

You will collaborate with team leaders to scope initiatives, build and test agents, measure impact and drive adoption.

Qualificações

• Hands-on AI Building Experience: built AI agents, automations or AI-powered tools.
• Portfolio of Work: projects, side projects, university work, hackathon entries, GitHub repositories or other examples.
• Technical Comfort: AI prompting, APIs; Python/JavaScript or similar languages; no-code/low-code builders welcomed.

About the Role

As an AI Transformation Specialist, you will help change how work gets done across the business. You will work closely with different functions to identify manual, repetitive or time-consuming processes and turn them into practical AI-powered solutions.

You will design and build AI agents, automations and workflows that work with real business systems and solve real operational problems. From operations and finance to sales, compliance and reporting, your work will have a direct impact on how teams operate.

You will work closely with team leaders and senior management, giving you the opportunity to see your solutions go from an idea to something people use every day.

What You Will Do

• Understand Business Processes: Work closely with different functions to understand how work is currently done, identify bottlenecks and find opportunities where AI can create meaningful improvements.
• Build AI Agents and Automations: Design, build, test and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, agent frameworks and APIs.
• Connect AI to Business Systems: Integrate AI solutions with CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, documents, databases and other tools so that your solutions operate within real business workflows.
• Measure and Improve: Track the impact of your solutions, including time saved, quality and accuracy, and continuously improve them based on real-world results and feedback.
• Drive AI Adoption: Document the solutions you build, demonstrate them to colleagues and help teams understand how to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work.
• Stay Current with AI: Keep up with new AI models, tools, frameworks and techniques, and identify opportunities to apply them within the business.
• Work Across the Group: Move between different functions and business entities, tackling new challenges and building solutions as business priorities evolve.

• Operations: Build agents that prepare, check and route policy documents or follow up on missing customer information.
• Finance: Automate reconciliations, commission checks and routine financial reporting.

• Sales & Service: Create tools that summarise customer conversations, draft follow-ups and identify potential renewal opportunities.
• Marketing & Content: Build workflows that create, adapt and review content across different brands and channels.
• Management Reporting: Develop agents that bring together information from multiple sources and produce clear daily or weekly summaries.

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on AI Building Experience: You have personally built AI agents, automations or AI-powered tools and can demonstrate how they work.
• A Portfolio of Work: You can showcase projects, side projects, university work, hackathon entries, GitHub repositories or other examples that demonstrate your ability to build practical AI solutions.
• Technical Comfort: You are comfortable working with AI prompting, APIs and connecting different tools and data sources. Coding experience in Python, JavaScript or a similar language is a strong advantage, while strong no-code or low-code builders are equally welcome.
• Business Curiosity: You are interested in understanding how businesses actually operate and enjoy turning messy, manual processes into simpler and more automated workflows.
• Ownership: You identify problems, take initiative, build solutions and stay involved until those solutions work effectively in practice.
• Clear Communication: You can explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical colleagues and help them adopt the tools you build.
