As we scale into new markets and expand our internal systems, we re looking for an AI Transformation Expert to lead the way in making our organization smarter, faster, and more collaborative through real, practical AI solutions. We need an AI strategist who can help us build a clear, actionable roadmap for AI adoption. Your focus will be on applied AI use cases, improving knowledge management, streamlining onboarding, and embedding AI into daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization.
Lead the design and implementation of AI/LLM use cases across departments.
Build internal tools (e.g., chatbots, interfaces) to make knowledge easily accessible.
Develop and implement a modern knowledge management system that breaks down silos.
Improve onboarding experiences for traders and algorithm specialists with smart, AI-supported processes.
Identify bottlenecks in internal operations and propose tech-enabled solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, HR, and product teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Proven experience with AI/LLM implementations in a business environment.
Background in technical program management, analytics, or product ownership.
Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including current tools, trends, and best practices.
Experience deploying AI for knowledge management, internal automation, or operational efficiency.
Ability to integrate AI systems with HR platforms, internal knowledge bases, and other business tools.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
A natural communicator who can evangelize AI adoption across teams.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in a remote, high-growth startup environment
Familiarity with onboarding flows for technical talent (traders, engineers, quants)
Prior consulting or cross-functional leadership experience
