Job summary

VIKST Marketing in Dubai is seeking an AI Systems & Automation Engineer full-time to architect and deploy AI-powered workflows across the agency. You will design scalable internal tools and automation that reduce manual work while accelerating creative production, performance marketing, and reporting.

You should be fluent in English, comfortable with APIs and integrations, and able to build practical software rather than just no-code solutions.

AI Systems amp Automation Engineer full-time

We re looking for an exceptional AI Systems amp Automation Engineer to help build VIKST into an AI-native performance marketing agency Your focus will be using AI automation and software to make VIKST faster more scalable and less dependent on manual work You ll work across creative production performance marketing sales reporting and operations - identifying opportunities and building practical systems that create real business value This is not a traditional IT or AI research role We want someone who loves solving real business problems and turning ideas into working solutions

Your role will include

• Automating workflows across VIKST
• Building internal AI tools software and systems
• Improving creative production through AI image video and automation workflows
• Building systems for performance marketing optimisation reporting and analysisAutomating sales lead management and operational processes
• Connecting platforms APIs AI models and internal systems
• Replacing inefficient third-party software with internal solutions where it makes sense
• Identifying and eliminating repetitive manual work
• Testing new AI technologies and implementing those that create real value
• Staying ahead of AI developments and identifying new opportunities for VIKST
• Maintaining and improving the systems you build
• Working directly with the Founder and teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities

We re looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience building AI-powered workflows and automations
• Can code and build practical internal tools and software - not just no-code automations
• Is highly comfortable with APIs, webhooks and integrations
• Has experience with modern AI models and APIs
• Understands platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar
• Can build custom solutions when existing tools aren t enough
• Thinks in systems and constantly looks for ways to simplify and automate
• Understands that automation should save time, reduce costs or improve output
• Learns quickly and stays ahead of developments in AI
• Is genuinely obsessed with AI and wants to work with it every day
• Can identify opportunities, build solutions and take ownership of the outcome
• Speaks and writes English fluently
• Experience in performance marketing, eCommerce, advertising or agencies is a strong advantage, but not required
