Job summary

Damen Shipyards Group is seeking an AI Solution Developer to join the AI Value Lab. You will translate business opportunities into PoCs, prototypes, AI agents, and scalable automations that improve how people work and inform decisions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data and AI specialists, developers, and technology teams to test emerging technologies, turn experiments into reliable solutions, and measure real business impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/AI/IT or related field required.
• 3–6 years in solution development, automation, software engineering, or digital transformation.
• At least 2 years hands-on AI experience delivering AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs.
• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered apps, copilots, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adopt and monitor AI initiatives.
