Our rapidly expanding Agentic AI startup is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled AI Solution Architect to join our team in the UAE. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving our technical pre-sales, delivering impactful demos and PoCs, overseeing project delivery, and shaping our product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI models, production-grade AI deployments, and a strong commercial acumen. As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, enabling partners, and developing innovative use cases across various verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technical discussions and presentations with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive pre-sales activities, including technical proposal preparation, solution architecture, and strategic consulting.
• Design and execute compelling demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and pilot projects for Agentic AI solutions.
• Oversee the technical delivery of Agentic AI projects, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
• Contribute significantly to the technical product roadmap, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation in Agentic AI.
• Develop and implement technical enablement programs for our partner ecosystem, fostering strong relationships and capabilities.
• Identify and define new use cases and workflows for Agentic AI across diverse industry verticals.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

What We're Looking For :

• UAE Residency is a must & Arabic Speaker is Must
• Proven experience as an AI Architect or similar leadership role, with a strong background in AI production deployments.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agentic AI technologies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of various AI models, including Generative AI, and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Expertise in working with major LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, Anthropic) and Speech providers (e.g., AWS Polly, Google Text-to-Speech, Azure Cognitive Services , eleven labs , HAMSA).
• Exceptional ability to lead technical meetings and articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales activities and the preparation of technical proposals.
• Ability to technically enable and support a partner ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of creating innovative use cases and workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in the Gulf region is highly advantageous.
