A leading talent advisory company in Dubai is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy AI solutions for various sectors including BFSI and Retail. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of experience in AI/ML development, strong Python skills, and a deep understanding of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to create impactful AI applications.

Qualifications

• Experience of 3+ years in AI / ML development with production deployments.
• Awareness of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

• Design and deploy AI solutions including data pipelines.

Overview

The Role Position: AI Solutions Engineer
Location: UAE | Dubai
Experience Required: 3+ years (AI / ML development with production deployments)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across target industries to understand pain points and identify AI opportunities.
• Translate business goals into AI / ML technical strategies and architectures.
• Design and deploy AI solutions (data pipelines, models, monitoring).
• Develop POCs, prototypes, and production-ready AI apps for:
• BFSI: Credit scoring, fraud detection, segmentation, risk modeling
• Retail: Forecasting, personalization, inventory optimization
• Industrial / Manufacturing: Predictive maintenance, process optimization

Requirements
