Job summary

Altamira is seeking a senior AI software/solution architect to design end-to-end AI architectures aligned with business goals. You will shape enterprise patterns, including copilots, RAG, and multi-agent systems, and design AI agents with tool calling, memory, and orchestration.

The role requires hands-on work with LLM platforms, vector databases, and integration across ERP/CRM/HRIS via APIs. You will lead technical delivery across the SDLC and engage clients with high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution or software architecture.
• 3+ years delivering production AI solutions.
• Hands-on with major LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI).
• Experience with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience building RAG systems and vector databases.
• Experience integrating systems with APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and enterprise patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI architectures mapping to business goals.
• Architect enterprise patterns including copilots, RAG, conversational AI, and multi-agent systems.
• Design AI agents with tool calling, memory, and orchestration.
• Build AI-ready data layers including vector stores, semantic search, and knowledge graphs.
• Integrate AI with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) via APIs and event streams.
• Drive AI adoption across the SDLC to accelerate software delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture standards, and client engagement.
