Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Manager AI Software Engineering to design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI agents on Microsoft Foundry. You will work in a hands-on, pro-code role writing Python, integrating Azure services, and delivering agentic applications that drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related quantitative field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong Python—idiomatic, typed, tested; comfortable with async and modern packaging.
• Proven experience building production AI agents in code (Microsoft Foundry/Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, or equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Foundry and its tool/calling capabilities.
• Implement AI solutions in Python with patterns like RAG, tool use, structured outputs, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources and orchestrate production-grade workflows.
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical designs and ensure production readiness and reliability.
• Operate and maintain CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and secure handling of credentials.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Architecture teams to take use-cases from prototype to production.
• Ensure observability, performance, cost, and latency targets are met and governed.
