Job summary

CPX is seeking an AI Security Engineer in Abu Dhabi to design and validate security controls for AI/ML services and agentic AI platforms. You will assess authentication, manage identities, API keys, and secrets, while enforcing least-privilege RBAC and secure data handling across AI pipelines.

Responsibilities include security reviews of Azure OpenAI/ML services, threat modelling, testing for prompt injection, and collaboration with AI governance and legal teams to ensure robust AI security

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a computing or security field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience including cloud/security disciplines.
• Experience with AI/ML or agentic AI platforms is required or advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and validate security controls for AI/ML and agentic AI services.
• Perform security reviews for Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry/Services and ML.
• Assess authentication, authorization, managed identities, API keys and secrets.
• Implement least-privilege RBAC, private endpoints, network isolation, encryption.
• Assess AI data flows for PII/PHI and confidential data exposure.
• Configure content safety filters, prompt guardrails and abuse-prevention controls.
• Test for prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage and model misuse.
• Review model registry permissions and AI supply-chain security.
• Develop AI-specific logging, monitoring and detection for anomalous activity.
• Coordinate with AI Governance, Privacy, Legal, Data, Cloud, AppSec, SOC and owners.
