Job summary

National Consulting Office for Engineering in Dubai seeks a senior security engineer to keep a 24-month government AI program secure. Qualifications

• 7 years in information security or infrastructure engineering with 2 years on AI/ML workloads or data platforms.
• Bachelor's in cybersecurity, computer science or IT infrastructure; CISSP/CCSP/CISM preferred.
• Experience securing on-premises or sovereign-cloud environments; government sector experience is a strong advantage.
• AI-specific security model and data access controls; LLM threat modeling.
• Infrastructure depth: GPU servers, virtualization, networking, IAM.
• Risk assessment methods and control frameworks ISO 27001, NIST, ISO 42001 awareness.
• Practical deployment experience: hardening, monitoring, incident response.
• Clear written English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define the security architecture and controls for all AI workloads on the client s on-premises infrastructure.
• Run the AI risk assessment for every use case including security, privacy, ethics, model risk and maintain the program risk register.
• Review the security sections of every HLD/LLD at the quality gate; no design passes without security sign-off.
• Support infrastructure readiness sizing, reviews, hardening standards, monitoring and incident response procedures.
• Keep the program aligned with the client s security policies and ISO 42001 practices; prepare evidence for audits.
